When you place an order, that’s considered your offer, which is subject to the terms and conditions we have here. We have the right to either accept or reject your offer. We officially accept your order when we dispatch the product(s) you ordered.

Cancellation by the US

We hold the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for any reason. Reasons your order might be canceled include but are not limited to: limited stock, mistakes in product or price details, or issues flagged by our credit and fraud prevention team. Sometimes, we might need more details or verifications before we can process an order. If we need to cancel your order in part or in full, or if we need more information to proceed with your order, we’ll get in touch with you. If your order is canceled after you’ve paid, we will refund the amount to the original payment account.

Cancellation by YOU

If you send us a cancellation notice before your order has been shipped, we’ll cancel the order and, if you’ve already paid, refund the full amount as store credit. However, orders cannot be canceled if 24 to 48 hours have passed since placement. If you wish to cancel after this time frame, refunds will be processed as follows:

  1. For cancellations made after 24 hours but before the order has shipped, we will refund between 80% to 90% of the original payment.
  2. For personalized items, watches, or Grillz, if canceled, we will refund between 30% to 60% of the payment.

Please be aware of these specific refund percentages when considering a cancellation.

Final and Binding Decision

Any decision we make regarding the cancellation of an order is final and binding. By using our services, you agree not to contest our decisions regarding cancellations and accept them without dispute.
