If you’ve received a damaged product, a defective item, or the wrong product, please email us at contact@thefirajewels.com with your order number and attach a picture of the product within 24 hours of receiving it. If you encounter any issues with the product, you must file a complaint within 24 hours.
We’ll make every effort to replace the product promptly. However, if replacement isn’t possible, we’ll refund your amount after deducting the shipping charge (Rs.) within 7 days.
*If you wish to return the product, you must courier it to the address mentioned on the parcel. Please call and WhatsApp us to inform us about the return. Once we receive your parcel, we will contact you and process the refund through PayPal, Wise, Google Pay, or bank transfer.
Please note that refunds will not be given in cash; instead, we will transfer the refund amount to your bank account.
While each product undergoes quality checks before shipment, manual errors can occur. In such cases, we refund your amount as discussed by the company.
* Please note that refunds and replacements are not applicable under the following circumstances:
- Color Change: Minor differences in color are not eligible for refund or replacement. For example, if the color displayed on your phone or camera differs slightly from the actual product color, it will not be considered acceptable for refund or replacement.
- Demo Display: If you selected a product color, such as red, but the color appears slightly different on your device (e.g., darker red or maroon), it will not be considered acceptable for refund or replacement. However, if you ordered one color and received a completely different color (e.g., ordered pink but received black), then it will be eligible for refund.
- Silver Color Change: Refunds or replacements will not be accepted if the color of the silver has changed.
Please be aware of these conditions regarding color differences when considering a refund or replacement request.
PRODUCT RETURN AND REPLACEMENT ARE NOT ACCEPTED UNDER THE FOLLOWING RULES:-
- The product is washed/damaged/worn
- Part of the missing delivered full product
- Products must be in their original condition
- Products that were sold as combos/sets are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items
- If, according to your opinion you don’t like the product, this return reason is not acceptable
- Replacements will be made basis availability of that product on the website
- In case of damage from your side, this product is non-refundable
- Personalized products, Watch and Grillz can not be returned or canceled.
Size Issues: If you require a different size, you must inform us during the confirmation call. Once the order is shipped, no changes or replacements are allowed for size issues.
Stitched Products: Unstitched or semi-stitched products stitched by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Washed Products: Products washed by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Cancellation System:
To cancel an order, you must email us within 24 hours of placing the order.
Any requests to change the shipping address must be made within 48 hours of placing the order. Changes cannot be made after the parcel has been shipped.
- Sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund after discussion.
